I hope you find this week’s challenge fun and entertaining. : -)
All assignments are due by May 18th at the latest, please be sure to submit any past due assignment by then. Final exams will be the week following.
Odyssey Challenge 6 – Obstacle Course
Odyssey Challenge 5 – Vehicle
For this week’s challenge, I challenge you to create a unique vehicle. Using recyclable materials, Legos, Lincoln Logs, or any item currently in your home, design a build a vehicle course that performs the following tasks.
Tasks:
– Vehicle must move on it’s own, you may choose the propulsion system as you see fit.
– Vehicle must be at least 8 inches long and 4 inches high.
– Vehicle must perform 3 (or more) common household tasks. You may choose the tasks.
Due Wednesday: (20 pts)
Brainstorm your list of materials and doodle out or describe your design process.
Due Friday: (30 pts)
Give a video tour of your vehicle and show the vehicle performing the tasks. Upload the video to your Google Drive and submit the sharable link for credit. If your video is small enough, you can turn it in directly to the Google Classroom assignment.
